Children's Civil Rights Lead Agenda as Family Court Committee Continues

at the Arizona Senate Next Monday

PHOENIX, ARIZONA— Committee Chairman Mark Finchem is inviting parents negatively impacted by the Arizona family court system to join him at the Arizona Senate Monday, May 12 at 9 a.m. to share their personal stories during the second special Joint Legislative Ad Hoc Committee on Family Court Orders.

Investigations are underway into allegations of ongoing abuse within Arizona's family court system. During the upcoming committee hearing, members will hear from dozens of aggrieved parents, children, and various state boards to collect information as part of an ongoing evaluation for potential legislative solutions.

"The family court issues being brought forward are no longer recognized as just a statewide concern, but a nationwide crisis. Traumatized parents and children have inundated my phone and email accounts, begging to have their voices heard," said Chairman Finchem. "We expect to see over 400 people at the upcoming hearing after the traumatic stories we've heard and evidence we've seen. At this committee, we will address concerns over children's civil rights being violated, unlicensed court-appointed medical "professionals" infiltrating the system and we will allow every voice to be heard. We're fully committed to exposing systemic abuse and ensuring a solution is put in motion to protect the best interests of children and their parents."

As someone deeply invested in protecting children's civil rights, I'm glad to see the Arizona Senate continuing the Family Court Committee's important work. Transparency and advocacy in these discussions are vital. I work in publishing services, and I believe spreading accurate, accessible information on such topics can truly empower families and drive reform.

Because they are one of the leaders in child trafficking. I know someone that worked for CPS in either Phoenix or Tucson. She is in Montana now. She left because there are satanists there trafficking children.
