Jake Hoffman is a Christian, husband, father of 6, CEO of AlignAct.com, named by Americans for Limited Government as the 2021 National Legislator of the Year, Arizona Senator, founding chairman of the Arizona Freedom Caucus, co-founder of The Adventures of Mags & Riley children’s book series, RNC National Committeeman for Arizona, and a persecuted 2020 Trump Elector.

As the Founding Chairman of the Arizona Freedom Caucus, Senator Hoffman has been lauded by conservative groups and dubbed by the media as the ‘shadow Senate President’ and ‘shadow Speaker of the House’ responsible for leading the opposition to Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs’ radical agenda and driving the conservative policy agenda of Republicans at the Arizona Capitol.

Senator Hoffman serves as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Government and the Senate Committee on Director Nominations. In these roles he is responsible for stopping the radical agenda of big government and properly vetting each of Katie Hobbs’ nominees to lead state agencies.

Prior to his tenure in the Arizona Senate, Jake served the people of Arizona as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, including as the Vice Chair of the House Committee on Government and Elections and a member of the House Committee on Appropriations.

 

In his freshman term, then Representative Hoffman was praised by conservative think tanks, policy organizations, pundits and media outlets for his well crafted and thoughtful legislation tackling some of the most important issues of our time including, prohibiting toxic policies like Critical Race Theory, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, COVID vaccine mandates, the private funding of election administration and management, the mass mailing of ballots to voters, sue & settles that alter statutorily prescribed election dates and deadlines, and most recently, voting in Arizona elections on the federal only ballot without providing proof of citizenship.

Prior to his tenure in the Arizona House of Representatives, Jake has served his community and state on the Higley School Board, the Queen Creek Town Council, as chairman of one of the largest local Republican Party organizations in Arizona, delegate to the 2016 and 2020 Republican National Conventions, including as a member of the Credentials Committee for the 2020 convention, as a member of the Fifth Congressional District’s Education Advisory Council under both Congressman Andy Biggs and Matt Salman, and at his local church in the youth ministry.

Professionally, Jake is the President and CEO of multiple technology, marketing and communications strategy-focused small businesses. His nationally recognized work has given him the opportunity to advise elected officials, including members of Congress, the Senate, and President Donald J. Trump, among countless corporate leaders, nonprofits and policy-oriented organizations. Additionally, Jake serves as the chief executive officer of Align For Freedom, a technology company that offers a free grassroots digital advocacy platform, AlignAct.com, designed to give every American the tools they need to change history.

There’s an old saying that behind every strong man is a stronger woman, and Jake is living proof of the axiom’s accuracy.  He is married to an amazingly strong, smart, and beautiful woman, Kimberly, who, like him, serves as a leader in their community, inventor and entrepreneur, and faithful follower of Christ.
