Arizona State Senate Mourns the Loss of Former Legislator

and State Mine Inspector Joe Hart

PHOENIX, ARIZONA— The Arizona State Senate is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Arizona Legislator and State Mine Inspector Joe Hart. Mr. Hart selflessly served the people of Arizona for more than two decades. As a fourth generation Arizonan and a lifelong resident of Kingman, Mr. Hart worked tirelessly to make our state a better, safer place. His kindness and dedication were unmatched and won't be forgotten.

"Joe was a first-class guy and a true friend," said Senate President Karen Fann (R-1). "Those of us who knew him appreciated his light-hearted sense of humor, humble nature, and his deep love for our state. He treasured his family, and I know they will sorely miss him. Our sincerest condolences go out to Mr. Hart's family during this difficult time. May God bring them comfort in this period of grieving."
