Senator Nancy Barto has received the Tom Freestone Civic Action Award for 2018. The award is presented by Marc Community Resources.

The Tom Freestone Award is presented to the public servant or servants who consistently support, with their voice and actions, Marc Community Resources and the populations it serves. The partnership between Marc Community Resources and our elected or appointed public servants is critical and the recipient of the Tom Freestone Civic Action Award exemplifies the finest kind of service to those it serves and all the citizens of Arizona.

Senator Barto accepted the award at Marc Community Resources' Founders Nine Dinner on November 1.
