For decades people have been buying concert tickets and reselling them on websites like StubHub. An Arizona State Senator has proposed a new law that will change that.
If passed. Arizona State Senator John Kavanagh, R-Fountain Hills, proposed a law that would make it illegal to use computer software to parrot a human for "nefarious reasons," for instance buying concert tickets for reselling.
Kavanagh explains he was inspired to write the bill after hearing from big artists complain about their tickets selling out immediately and ending up on resale sites above face value.
