“Arizona tonight is mourning the loss of former Senator and Representative Carolyn Allen. Carolyn served the State of Arizona for 16 years at the Legislature. Senator Allen was a passionate advocate for Scottsdale and our State. She leaves a legacy of service to her beloved community. She was a champion of many issues, including health care, the arts and preservation. Carolyn will not soon be forgotten at the Capitol. Tonight, I send my thoughts and prayers to her family. ”
