AZ state lawmaker looking to prevent future voting nightmares

Arizona State Senator Kimberly Yee, (R) Phoenix, said that she waited in line more than 5 hours and didn’t get to cast her ballot until after midnight.

The lawmaker wants to make sure the voter delays never happens again.

Yee is working on legislation that would prohibit Arizona counties from dramatically reducing the number of polling places during an election.
